This document is the Council’s articulation of the Vision for Kippax Uniting Church.  It builds upon the Statement of Mission we adopted in 2003 and is the result of a long period of discernment.

The Vision document seeks to answer the questions, “What sort of faith community does God want us to be?” and “What will it mean to be the body of Christ at Kippax?”

These questions are important for us all as we consider our place in this vision.  They only have real value if they provide us with a way forward to be the kind of community we believe God is calling us to be.

So the Council invites everyone to read this document with your own questions in mind:
1.  What might this all mean for me living out my faith?
2.  What might this mean for Kippax Uniting Church?
3.  What might this mean for UnitingCare Kippax?

You might like to ponder these questions privately or you might like to write down your thoughts and pass them on to Council.

These questions will mean different things to different people but what’s important is that we can all share the vision.
