Statement Of Approach

At Kippax, we believe in the importance of caring for the whole person - physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually.   We have an open, inclusive and non-judgmental approach to offering care.   Put most simply, we believe that everyone is important and everyone is valuable.

No matter how people link with us - whether it is through an activity such as parenting groups, or seeking emergency relief, volunteering to work in one of our services, or involved in worship or a small group - all people are important, and we hope to offer the same quality of care to all.

We also believe that people have great strengths and skills in life, and we work best when we build on those strengths.   These strengths (sometimes we call them people's "assets") may even surprise ourselves, but together we can build a better community for us all.
